TRAINING PROGRAMS
FAA approved Eclipse 500 and 550 in aircraft training programs
- Initial type rating – 10 day program with ground and flight designed to prepare pilots for the initial type rating checkride.
- Recurrent training – Annual two day ground and flight training event to satisfy FAA. part 61.58 requirement.
- Mentor pilot training – Post type rating flying designed to familiarize new jet pilots with the typical operations and fulfill the supervised operational experience requirements of the initial type rating program.
- AEROCOR Continued Education Course (A.C.E.) – Optional 6-month training to occur between 61.58 training events covering current fleet hot topics and best practices. A.C.E. participation is a prerequisite for AEROCOR gold and platinum pilot standard awards.
UPSET & RECOVERY TRAININGÂ
- Proficiency-based ground and flight training program utilizing the American Champion Super Decathlon.Â
- Conducted by US Air Force Veteran instructor.
- Tailored to each student’s physical limitations.
- Equips pilots with the necessary skills to recognize, prevent, and safely recover from unusual attitudes.
- Satisfies Eclipse 500/550 initial type rating training Advisory Circular 61-137(b) requirement.
Registered TSA’s Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP) Training Center
Allowing us to provide training to approved foreign national students, AEROCOR is a registered TSA’s Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP).

All our training programs are FAA Safety Team approved to provide WINGS Pilot Proficiency Credits
